Lenybeny helps Belgian pet owners keep track of their dog, cat or ferret in one place: a digital passport, health reminders and basic pet details. That is it. We are not a vet and we do not replace one.
We collect your name, email and country when you sign up, plus whatever pet details you choose to add: name, species, breed, weight, photos and passport information. We only ask for what we need to run the app.
Your data powers the app itself: showing your pets, sending you reminders, and keeping your passport records up to date. We do not sell your data, and we do not use it for anything you would not expect.
You can ask to see everything we hold about you, get a copy of it in a portable format, or have it permanently deleted. Just email us and we will handle it, usually within a few days.
